RMTD is a dead worthless ticker. MMs aren't going to waste their time playing with it. They're simply fulfilling their role of keeping a market in a stock that hasn't been delisted yet. They might get someone to pay $.0001 for them at some point if some group tries to run the stock. Otherwise, it costs them next to nothing to pick these shares up at $.000001.

People are simply dumping it out of their accounts rather than continue hoping for a miracle that hasn't come now for over a decade.
