1. THE SEC

Mark Kilchesky started his transformation inta MARK MILLER years before his debut in Breezy Point MN.
He appeared in the OTC circles in June 2017 or so.
His company hijackin gig started in Oct. 2017
About mid November 2017 Miller was reported to the SEC as a forgery perp attemptin to hijack public corporations.
THE SEC HAD FULL KNOWLEDGE OF HIS FRAUD IN NOVEMBER 2017.
For reasons unknown the SEC allowed Miller, Jaberian and Rajkaran to continue hijackin corps long after THEY KNEW his gig.
Even allowin that today with NWGC.

2. Edgar

Edgar allowed Mark Kilchesky aka Mark Miller to simply write fake Board of Directors Minutes unsigned by their legally registered CEO's and Directors signature. Miller simply typed his bullsht and EDGAR accepted it as legal.
EDGAR KNEW OF MILLERS FRAUD IN NOVEMBER 2017 but allowed and accepted his forged paperwork long after with many addition corps and shareholders affected by known FRAUD.

3. The DOJ and FBI.

These two are like twin brothers with several personalities each. One finds perps they don't like and the other kicks his ass.
These two officially entered around 2019. As did the SEC and EDGAR the FBI just let thr fraud group continue their crimes. All of these federal agencies took an oath to protect the Constitution, Corporations and shareholders.

4. Possible Conclusions

Indictments prove all four agencies knew what was going on and did nothin ta stop it and protect those affected until June 2021 and have done nothing to date with NWGC.
So what the hell is goin on???
Either all four decided to run a STING OPPERATION and simply allow those affect to endure fraud and loss or they allowed it to continue until the heat got too high by info bein released on the fraud and identity change to continue unchecked.

The two cases are bein heard by the same judge in MINNEAPOLIS.

The DOJ has accepted a plea deal with Miller/Kilchesky and Rajkaran. One count that is always handled by the SEC. Jaberian seems ta be holdin out for trial. This indicated the two rolled on Jaberian and could have been plants. AKA Miller was a CITY COUNCILMAN and Rajkaran an INVESTMENT ADVISOR.

The SEC has STAYED their case. Seems they want ta see how the DOJ handles their job.
The interestin side show in MINNEAPOLIS (there are many) is the Indictment of Republican moneyman TONY LAZZARO for CHILD SEX TRAFFICING. After a huge media splash that case has gone very silent. Remember that the Miller case was first reported on by Terrorist expert from FOX NEWS SEAMUS HUGHES. He has also stopped reportin on what he launched.
Knowing that Mark Miller was once Mark Kilchesky makes Lazzaro very interestin. The LAZZARO arrest came just after Miller/ KIlchesky was Indicted.
Even more interestin is the Casey Anthony case in Florida where she was found not guilty of murdering her own daughter after buryin her body in an empty lot and claimin she drowned in the family pool after denyin she knew of her where abouts for over a month. At the time of her daughters death her boyfriend of a month was named TONY LAZZARO.
I posted on this board about the friggin strange case of TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH of (u guess it) Minnesota. This dude is an investigative journalist who wrote many -articles/books on the Casey Anthony case and a claimed related case of a missin little girl also in Florida.
Holmseth has been targeted by Minnesota courts for years now after his investigative work. I believe he's now in hiding.
I have plenty more info like the Kilchesky's in Florida but the above should get those interested in justice up ta speed.
