If they are able to dilute those shares between 0.02-0.04 as stated in the filing, that's $1-2 Mil in funding to ramp up their opeartion & no debt. And the OS will go up to 165 Mil and their valuation dropped slightly to 0.045+ per share but all good, imho.

10 to 30X their valuation ~ $0.45 to 1.35 per share.
