I agree offering new shares can be a negative if used only to line a persons pockets. If used dynamically to increase the business's profits that is a positive thing. What would be the point of becoming publicly traded if not to raise capital, grow the business, and create brand recognition?

If I remember right they own enough class A to control 60 percent of the voting right. I don't see them giving any of that up. It is a bit of a cart before the horse discussion anyway.
