I haven't heard anything but a rumor from a very questionable source on rb about going private.

Someone may have needed a couple hundred dollars quick and just dumped their shares. I know, I felt the same way when I saw the drop. I haven't heard anything since I last posted, I have not tried to contact anyone. This could be a ploy to get people to sell for nothing. Things like this happen just before news sometimes. I am holding for news of some form. Good or bad.
