$SLJB -> Note. I am not Privy at all to anything going on with $SLJB right now behind the scenes. However, I do know that $SLJB has all Quarter 2021 and the Annual 2021 filings that are due on OTC Markets in the next few months. (As long as it takes but please make sure that $SLJB is compliant, legit and filing the most accurate information).

$SLJB has had some very positive accomplishments over the past 16 months:

1) Carey W Cooley is the current sole officer
(Since he has $IFXY as his personal stock, I now realize that Carey is getting this compliant for an $AVVH type of deal)(Only IMHO)
2) We know there is currently a Transfer Agent active who is reporting accurate share numbers
3) OS is less than 595 million
4) AS is 725 million
5) Figured out that there is only one Non-controlling Shareholder and that person owns more than 6% of current OS.
6) Attorney Joel Mills filed the last Annual, Jay Shafer has done his great work.
7) There is a new $SLJB attorney or General counsel that is coming to get $SLJB compliant for Finra and OTC Markets (Lord, Thank you!).
8) $SLJB has a Custodianship still trying to get it Compliant.
9) That $SLJB is not staying down... Several entities (Probably some Naked Short Hedgies)(only IMHO) appear to have thrown a few good punches to knock $SLJB down ... but $SLJB is our little "ROCKY" BALBOA who gets back up and after taking a few punches and you know how the movies go!

I can not wait until $SLJB is actively trading again and I really do not care if its at .0001 or .001 or .01 or .10 when it starts to trade again, I want to see who or what is the New Company and New Direction here.. $SLJB please get compliant and remove that CE! Thank you and a lot of your shareholders still believe that there is a "Pot of Gold" at the end of this $SLJB rainbow.. but if you want to give us a "Pot of Bitcoin", we will definitely take that also!
