The RS is contingent upon them being approved for an uplist to NASDAQ. I think most of the buying Is coming in due to the belief that getting approved for an uplist to NASDAQ may not be happening as quickly as the noobies that cut loss anticipated. Imagine taking a loss out of fear and then seeing the stock begin an uptrend afterward. That's why I'm a HODLER come what may. I believe the company is undervalued and overlooked. It will be until its up there with ILUS imo
