the court is pushing continuances at closer and closer dates meaning the court is tired of PSS delay tactics and forcing the case into conclusion - this is very positive for SRNE case

On the Court's own motion, the Post-Arbitration Status Conference scheduled for 01/11/2022 is continued to 02/01/2022 at 08:45 AM in Department 14 at Stanley Mosk Courthouse.

folks this is a clear sign PSS is losing the case to SRNE by trying to delay the conclusion as PSS tries to liquidate some of his assets to be able to resolve the arbitration IMHO going SRNE direction, PSS has already sold some of his stake in the LA Lakers etc.

SRNE IMHO is very close to a payday to the arbitration due to Court tired of PSS delay tactics as the courts will not stand for wasting their time especially during a pandemic where court resources are in short supply
