HOCL is an disinfectant doesn't matter if it's used on hard surfaces,pools hot tubs or anywhere else the EPA says it can be used including Hospitals and in ones home.

It's not pool water it can be used in pools if someone wanted to.

This is too funny that the mentality of some don't know the difference.
