C Suite BO Incentives

Thanks, VMLG17 for the SA article, lots of good info.

After analyzing some of the CEO COO CFO ... compensation, this is what the author writes:

The point of analyzing all these executive compensation structures is to see the common theme of high incentivization for the whole board to find a buyer for Outlook.

That one is new to me. He has other points in the article (office space, ...) that could be interpreted as a company looking less to build a marketing/sales team post PDUFA and more aiming for a BO. That would mean a much faster return on investments.

Whichever way things turn out (BO, Commercialization), lots of positive pointing to an undervalued stock, by a strong margin.
