And when you say “they dump” - how do you imagine “they” will do it? Do you envision Marc just submitting the 900M of authorized shares to the ask one day? This would require them seeking out an accredited investor per the SEC definition who would then have to purchase unregistered securities from them and hold them for at least 6 months before those shares can even become freely tradable per Rule 144.
