I said in another earlier post, ... WMI / COOP' ... Was Allowed To Implement Its Plan, and then' pay off the approved creditors' "after the fact" ... Lehman' has been the opposite' ... Lehman has been addressing the creditors ahead of its Plans Implementation ...

... I'm just wanting this Plan to be Implemented' ... I hope that helped ? ...

and', ... again I surely hope that no one finds my presentational approach personally offensive' ... I just don't pay a lot of attention to letters to the Court etc. never have' ... since they don't mean shit' ... is all ... just fluff' ...
