Jetfan, in researching this further, those numbers in the 10-K are not what we thought they were, hence why we dont want to jump to conclusions, IN FACT, many of us here myself included thought he had taken over 500 grand in backpay in 2020 and in fact that's not true, and now this latest 2021 10K with $944K obviously doesnt support his taking that much - anyone with basic math skills can see that the company didnt even raise that much money in 2021 let alone being able to pay all the expenses on top of that. I notice people frequently make conclusions without have the facts, and in fact I guess I did that with 2020 and it bothered me only slightly at the time (the amount did) that turns out to be wrong and it only became clear to me when the 2021 number was obviously impossible to be what we thought it was.

Bottom line, our PP money is not going to waste or line his pockets, though we know PowerUp money was not very efficiently raised with all the penalties, no need to harp on that (but feel free to do that to get it off your chest, I do from time to time) Though truthfully Ward deserves some kind of compensation to live off of - I think he came into this whole endeavor with enough personal money to survive for a while but its taken so so much longer than ever anticipated. So I actually feel pretty good about the finances.

Anyway I am still trying to get clarification on those reported numbers as to what they mean exactly. Hope this explanation helps you.
