watching over time how the process works, there will be a lengthy
appeal process and I think the will to go after Bass will get
stronger. where it relates to IV, they have a good case. even if
he now claims that the $65M loaned to another fund was an excuse,
his actions tell a different story - and as far as I know, the
government never said that money was not repaid in full.
