Even in Laverne and Shirley they wear gloves for sanitary reasons at a bottling facility as it is required in a (real) facility way back when. Where are his gloves in these photo's? He is packing by grabbing the tops of cans. Is this even allowed in this day and age? Not bloody likely! Just saying.
or for that matter, where's his hair bonnet and face mask??
