Hahaha!! And???? The Mammoth $250k debt due in 21’was released in 3 tranches. Yes I spoke about the ‘21’ portion of the ONLY long term debt pvsp has. The 22’ portion due in Dec is $142.5k, the balance of our TOTAL debt. NOW, none of this is difficult to follow if one has the ability to understand financials and actually takes the time to read same. In fact, it has been months since I have talked about conversions or since we have seen conversions. Now, I was hopeful that pvsp had pre issued these shares prior to the Zen deal and maybe they did. These conversions may simply be formerly restricted low level employee shares issued last year. Someone needs 3-6k bucks then so be it as many of these guys no longer work for pvsp.
