Here's what's next for $CUBV.
1) A motion for attorney's fees and cost which I will surely win.
2) Assuming that $CUBV has not paid off its creditors by then (yes, there are others), a bankruptcy petition.
3) A motion in Nevada court to give me control of $C*BV.

4) A state bar complaint against attorney Kaplunovski for permitting use of his name by Morgan. Morgan provably represented $C*BV, as evident by his complaint lack of knowledge of civil procedure.
5) Once I get control of $C*BV, it will sue Mr. Kaplunovsky for malpractice.
