is that that New York Civil Supreme court case LIKELY involves a private issue of shares, which were LIKELY given as some security pledge for some undisclosed amount of borrowed money.



So how do you take the printing and sales of shares above the counted on 40 Million IN CONTEXT?

It's not an opinion statemenet, it's an act.

Print shares.
Sell them.
BBB says "jim dial (made) a private issue of shares, .... given as some security pledge for some ....amount of ....... money.."



BBB then says it was taken out of context.......


This is unbelieveable.


BBB, either ji dial printed and sold shares or not. Rob. Reed, or no, other hedge funds or no, he did it, and likely more than once.
