Big deal. They had a one time event selling land for $6-7 million and they called it a record year. Remember they had flaunted that they would be booking $50 million in revenue by building houses on that same land and couldn't get the job done so they took the easiest way out and sold land for a profit.

They have other businesses that they issue PR's on and have the uncanny ability to not discuss the details of those sales. Let's see what Buck Ranch, EcoPlast, ForeverBoard and BGTV can deliver. BGTV as a spin off remains as a carrot right now.
