If it comes out he better follow it up with a press release explaining why it’s so late or at least give us some morale support. If he’s filing the K he’ll file the Q. You then have to ask why did he bother at all? Something must be happening because he knows no none is going to lend him money at this point so it can’t be to do a private placement.
