I am guessing someone in the company has been buying back these cheep shares
I liquidated almost all my remaining shares in December to offset gains I had

The only thing I can see is the company will essentially be a shell company

The only advantage I can see them having is that if they can turn it around ….. there is a lot of tax write offs to offset their gains

The can make millions tax free

When the legal matters all clear up and then holding most of the shares ….. at nothing prices … they will do the reverse split and bring the share count way down

I await justice in the courts
