Welcome. I encourage you to read my last 20 or so posts. Just click my name. I explained the split, the uplist, the merger, the exchange agreement, everything important to hopefully remove any confusion or fear.

There was persistent pressure on this stock due to dilution and toxic notes since going public last year. The last quarter FINALLY fixed that junk.
