If I’m found guilty of running a ponzi scheme, how exactly can I sue someone for calling my business a ponzi scheme?

The unitholders that sold aren’t going to get a dime from the Bass lawsuit. The company is suing Bass. The company is paying the legal fees. The company will collect any damages. The current shareholders own the company.

If a previous shareholder thinks Bass owes them money, then they’ll need to sue him.
