The ambiguity of whether its the Fins or CE by Feb 1 is disappointing. I am not sure how it could be that vague on which it is.

Disappointing mostly because its Watkins relying on Paul. This has happened so many times in the last year where we have heard "Watkins said that Paul said..."

Of course I am still here hoping. But the fear of dejavu is creeping in. we just need Paul to stick to his word just once. Lets hope this is it....Fins, CE either....please (I'm betting just the Fins)
