It's ridiculous anyway. How the HELL does a Company (JADE ART GROUP) that has ZERO business,ZERO revenue,ZERO income,ZERO employees pay what could be $500,000 OR MORE per year to rent an ENTIRE floor in a glass tower in the downtown area?

Where is the reverse merger in all of this after seven months? Sellers supposedly has successful businesses and those would be well,gosh..."merged" into this company (JADE ART GROUP) that is publicly traded. A new symbol and name change should also be implemented.

As I've said before....monitor the share structure of JADA like a hawk. See if the AS suddenly jumps millions of shares and the OS soon to follow.
