Thanks GetSer, I still believe Investors were misled,(WHERE WOULD 35% Cyrcadia Shares go to, seems CEO shouldn't be able to make up stories in letter to Shareholders.) and shouldn't Acropolis be reporting to judge all these facts about Holmes that has to be audited and straightened out. Would Judge allow them to toss in Towel? What about Investor Value Acropolis promised Judge Ash?
