You’re not going to get anything. The company is in Chapter 7 bankruptcy and being liquidated and shut down. The proceeds from the liquidation won’t cover the debt (might not even cover the lawyers), so there’ll be nothing left for the shareholders. The guys from “over there” who popped up and acted like they were going to take over the company once the bankruptcy was complete were scammers and were called out by the bankruptcy trustee and the SEC, so even a pump and dump isn’t happening.
Further, the SEC opened admin proceedings for severe delinquency, and the only way that ends is with revocation of the stock registration, rendering it untradeable. That means the stock will “own” a dead, empty company.
I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
