For a while I had a mental picture of management leaning out of a window to look at something burning in the street, but then it hit me: ronnie apparently means management has slimmed down the company's operating expenses to make it more efficient. So it's just the bozo spouting some more drivel to feed the gullible sheep who have been showing signs of nervousness lately.
