Can you prove it's a scam? I don't see it as a scam. I'm just wondering if they can make a revenue on their assets to create growth instead of constant dilution or AS has to be raised or worse a Reverse Split. However if they can start profiting from these real estate purchases at a continuous growth then even share buybacks could be on the table, if not already being planned.
