As I've said many times -- I don't think Holmes kept good books. LLBO was never audited.
Sure would like to know who gave Jimmy D. that "Advances Payable" loan of $332,607 and when/how they expect to get that repaid. Acropolis might be unable to cancel or negotiate that debt. That would be a lot of money for Acropolis to pony up. That would be a reason to toss in the towel. On the other hand, that loan might be pure fiction. Because.... and I know this is a broken record.... LLBO was never audited.
