The AS is 20 Billion and the OS is less than 8 billion and unchanged for the last 2 months. Why would there be ab RS?
All these shells are a piece of garbage right up to the day when a merger or acquisition is announced. Then they suddenly become a rare jewel.

If someone tries to convince you to buy a stock they usually have a personal agenda to do so. Not because they are concerned about you making money but about convincing you to buy so they can make money. Same is true for those yelling sell.
