Your post makes ZERO sense.

First of all, you say that 90% get rejected the first time, while the USPTO says it's about 50%. Are they putting out fraudulent information?

And since this is the second time, according to your rejection numbers, it means they only have a 50% chance this time.

Oh, and it also takes about 18 months from time of publication to get resolved, so we won't know what happens until mid 2023.
