Anything can and does happen in the OTC. Yeah there are rules, but companies and executives slip and slide around them. Everything is also not black and white. I have faith that SBC will use the rules to their's and our favor, but it may be agonizingly slow and not what we always expect. My bottom line is faith in the 5 big guys guiding the company and no doubt they and SBC have dollars in mind, not pennies. I will ride their coat tails.
