Just seems with Holmes claiming 35% ownership in Cyrcadia Shares in 2019 that He should be held accountable for misleading investors. And when Acropolis took over it sounded very promising. Doesn't Acropolis have to be held accountable by the Judge if they promised more Investor Value. How could they just toss LLBO aside if it doesn't work out for them.
