Your next step depends on your broker. Fidelity will require their own original medallion form, but since not many people have Fidelity, let's discuss etrade.

Steps:

Call etrade. Wait on hold for inordinate amount of time.

Tell them you need to initiate a DWAC Transfer for your Lans Holdings shares (may need to verify CUSIP, number of shares). Make sure your broker includes your name when they post the transfer (this is a specific request from VStock).

Upload a copy of your medallion form. Etrade will want to see it as a substantiating document. They will tell you how to upload but it's pretty easy through their website.

Reach out to Vstock to let them know you've initiated the transfer, once you see that they have disappeared from your account (less than 24 hours in my experience).

Vstock will email you to let you know they've matched the shares.

From here, email Peter and let him know the shares have been matched.

Wait patiently for 3-4 weeks... eventually Peter will email you the signed, completed agreement, at which time you can expect to be paid within about a week.

I just reached that step today, and he said my payment should be received within a week!!! Still trying to get Fidelity to release my shares...

There are huge variations in people's experiences here, I mean I started this like within 24 hours of the Nov 21 posting on the website, and even used esignature guarantee to expedite, but I still haven't been paid. Much patience required. But worth the wait!!
