Too bad about the data delay from "AMAwrecks" >> that will delay the BLA and could cost lives.

Now here's a thought:

1. What group(s) has the most to gain in approval of Leronlimab for addressing HIV?
Well certainly CytoDyn shareholders
Entities in production, distribution, etc.
FOLKS AFFECTED WITH HIV

2. There must be a key/central group representing folks with HIV. Maybe it's just a consortium, but identify the key groups and make them a deal. The HIV group gives CytoDyn a loan - at decent interest - of say, 20 mill (details to be ironed out) in return for a GUARANTEED REASONABLE PRICE FOR LERONLIMAB FOR A DESIGNATED PERIOD OF TIME.
(10 years? maybe it will be cured by then...)

3. If CytoDyn is allowed to go under, the HIV folks will be subject to BP style PRICES >>> and what do you think they would be like???

4. We could use friends right now and I think the favors can go both ways!
