Sure there is, I negotiate with my wife all the time....but I am guessing you mean about Elite. Well, with PFE, how do you know with any certainty? After all, Elite clearly negotiated an agreement with Dexcel without any investors knowing! The business reality is that no company involved in negotiations on anything sends out a missive...NO COMPANY! PERIOD!
