They did not get it because they never applied and the trials were taking too long in the USA, so like big pharmacy, they are now enrolling the last 300 of the 1,000 or so in Turkey and thereabouts. So we bleed while the volume is low and there are few buyers as big pockets do not purchase small speculative phase 3 Canadian companies that sell for a quarter and have no results from their trials...........yet

pps. It's a long shot but the loyalists are hoping for an EUA at 800, and we know we have about 750 by now complete.
