MDMN and CDCH Update Share Structure IMHO and from the information given by I.R. for CDCH and from their web sites and pinksheets.com. Share prices used to figure the Market Cap are from yesterdays close.

MDMN O/S 496,506,089 x .0225 = $11,171,387 Market cap as of 02/02/07 share price and 12/31/06 Pinksheets.com data for O/S. I believe this to be correct at this time.

CDCH O/S 135,000,000 at .074 share price = $9,990,000
Market Cap. As of 02/02/2007 IMHO.

IMHO we are weeks away or sooner from a JV announcement with a major partner. IMHO this will be the play for 2007 in the pennies.
