technically speaking anwm update: we continue our accumulation strategy. the year end tax selling season is over and was brutal. no one from stockcharter group participated in this year end event. the dtcc shows 23.5m shares available to trade. there are 230 shareholders holding an average of 102k shares each with the top 30 shareholders holding around 21 million. with stockcharter group holding 17 million shares verified. we know we will not be able to buy around 3 million of the shares because they are found to be between 75 and 100k shares. distributed among 200 or so investors. we will make every attempt for these investors to gain knowledge of our intentions. so in essence there is around another 3m-4m shares left to purchase. since we are accumulating on average 1 million shares per month this stock should start to move north now and quickly. we will set our initial target price of .08-.10 within the next 8-10 months. we upgrade our accumulate rating to a buy. closing bid price on 01/05/2007 was .009 so this is a potential return of 1000%. any questions are welcome from all.
