There is data saying the opposite, that most of the people in Hospitals with Covid19, especially the severe cases and deaths are unvacinated. Especially in Red states that have the lowest vaccination rates.
Think about it there are way more adults that are vaccinated, and in some states and ages groups there are about/up to 90% in some blue states, and those states have up to 9:1 ratios of Vaccinated to Unvaccinated. And since the Vaccine is not a bullet proof vest, it does not stop infections, it just reduces the risk of severe disease and death, the data supports getting the vaccine for a lot of people.
And the vaccinated are the ones thinking they are safe and running around in bars and restaurants with out masks getting infected and passing around with little to no symptoms for days.
IMO, we have 5 -10 million dead Americans today, if it had not been for vaccines. In part, because most people hate taking a bunch of pills everyday.....
The news medias all distort and select data for use as click bait to attract people who want to read narratives that back their beliefs.
I have seen none, yet, that have compensated for the all the factors, the partial list that I listed above.
Think about it, if 9 of 10 people in one state are vaccinated, versus a state where the vaccine rate is 40%, that is huge difference in the basis..
Then for folks that are not vaccinated (I have medical reasons) in blue states the number of people V/Not-V is a huge difference. None of the news sites I have seen know how to do statistics. They are just parrots, sharing click bait...
1/10 versus 6/10 is huge, it is 6:1 difference.
In 2020 the largest death rate from Covid19, pre Vaccine was blacks due to already know to be way too low Vit D-3 blood levels.
Then shove everyone indoors with no sunlight, and lets see if we can make it worse?
