Yep, and as alarming as that news should be, it's really no surprise. This company is garbage. They've been delinquent for sometime now, they had a deadline to meet to avoid this, and true to form, they failed.

I doubt they'll be back on the pink sheets. Sure it's possible but let's be real, this company is dead in the water. They have nothing aside from lab equipment that's worth a damn.
