Here, based on the so far presented evidence, is the true story..(or as true as one can bleeve the PRs.. )

CDEX caused the manufacture or 15 units..(likely, because of lack of money, deferred the manufacture of the additional 10.)

BAXA sold three.

The remaining twelve are stored in the CDEX warehouse.

Did I miss aa announced sale?? If so, feel free to amend.
