IMO co diluting-- the AS will increase to 250B when the current 50B is maxed out- then RS. Thats the time to trade it-- Current holders will be stuck- cannot trade for a few days-- when the RS happens-- they will be UNABLE to trade for 10 days(or more)- expect huge swings then.
