Straight down out of the gate is not a good sign. Most penny stocks would indicate a pump and dump or dilution. not seeing that here so not sure what the problem is. I know over the weekend there was posts of not getting the 60 million until they up list but the only thing I could find was it was contingent on up listing not that they would not get it until they up listed.
