The proposed R/S was part of a corporate action that included and name and ticker change by Cutler and Inca Hemp.

Inca Hemp, Inc. (formerly Good Vibration Shoes, Inc.) (the "Company), by its attorneys Cutler
Law Group, P.C., hereby submits the instant Application for review of FINRA's denial under Rule 6490 of
the Company's requested corporate actions of a change of corporate name, symbol request and a reverse
stock exchange pursuant to a merger on a one for twenty-thousand (I :20,000) basis (the "Corporate
Actions").

It can not be approved since Cutler and Inca are gone.

Are people saying that this corporate action could still be approved and Good Vibrations will become Inca Hemp?

Ive been here long enough to know that this debate has already taken place and was dismissed as buffoonery by knowledgeable traders long ago.
