Not sure who else is buying like that, but I know personally I have been buying 1000 lots every time it drops into the .07s. Lots of Tim Sykes of people are on this and flipping on every blip up. It’s pretty consistent and very easy to trade like that. The MMs are helping the flippers and they’ve taken advantage of it.
