Howdy everyone,

Been looking into this recently. If anyone can answer a few questions that would be great.

Why has CLHI been so slow to acquire TDS? Seems that the original acquisition was in early 2021. Is there a reason for no direct PRs?

Also, is the original R/S the main reason the price has been so low since the original share purchase agreement? It seems surprising that with such a relatively minimal R/S amount that the SP would have remained so low considering the value that TDS would be bringing in. Anything that I'm missing?
