It's much easier to create a play to earn game in a foreign country than for a U.S public company that is scrutinized by FINRA and the SEC.

Good Gaming did extensive research with some of the top crypto/Blockchain attorneys in the U.S. in order to research the creation of a cryptocurrency that could trade on the DeFi.

We are talking millions in costs and considerable liability to make that happen. Plus, a significant amount of uncertainty as the SEC is still implementing new regulations in the crypto market for U.S. companies.
