DSDstock...I think that the change to a 1934 Corp from a BDC already has affected share price. Most who follow the stock knew that the change proposal would be voted on during the Jan 18 meeting. The rise in share price to nearly ten fold has occured after that meeting. I believe that the mention of audited financials is a prelude to become a fully reporting company again which is necessary to get HYRF off the pinks. Given the past history of HYRF with painting a "little too rosy" picture with forward looking PR's , I can only imagine that statements in the recent shareholder's update to higher expectations for this year are well founded. I would be shocked if HYRF tried any more of what buried them with the SEC the last time around. I am not expecting anything earth shattering, just a slow steady climb back to a viable growing business concern. At least that is what I hope to see.
